Our next challenge as a Bostik Blogger was an Easter themed box of goodies from Craft Merrily.
I had a look in the box and decided I would do something with the girls which would give them a bit of freedom and a chance to use their creativity. I often see crafts on Pinterest and the like which I love the idea of creating with the girls, however, it never turns out the way it should! The girls love being able to stick and draw where they want to without having to stick to any rules.
I therefore kept it really simple this month with a craft any age can have fun with, even toddlers…
What we used:
Coloured/Patterned Sheets of Card
Tissue Paper torn into small pieces
How we made it:
1. Choose a piece of card and draw an egg shape on the back. Cut out the egg.
2. Choose some stickers and foam shapes to decorate your egg.
3. Glue the foam shapes to the egg.
4. Decorate further with stickers.
That was it! Although really simple the girls had a great time decorating their eggs and continued to glue and stick onto pieces of paper for a long time afterwards too. It was a great activity to keep them entertained for some time and I think their eggs make great Easter decorations.
Disclosure – We received a box of craft supplies free of charge to enable us to complete the above craft.
